Opened in 2006, the WaMu Theater is a state of the art music venue located within the Qwest Field Event Center in Seattle, Washington. One of the most flexible indoor performance spaces in the country, WaMu Theater is among the first of its kind. The theater was designed to accommodate a wide range of events, from stage productions, including pop, rock, country, comedy, variety, family shows to trade shows and commercial events. The venue hosts over 250,000 fans per year.
The WaMu Theater is an acoustically treated concert hall and an adjoining lobby situated inside the Qwest Field Events Center. Switching between the WaMu Theater configuration and the open convention space is a marvel of flexibility that no other convention hall can claim.
